Privacy Policy

HYPERFOKUS planovac is a private tool operated by Matúš Okajček for uploading and scheduling videos on his own YouTube channel. It is not offered to other users.

YouTube API Services

The tool uses YouTube API Services. By using it you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google’s handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

Data accessed

With the channel owner’s authorization (Google OAuth), the tool accesses only the owner’s own channel: its ID and title, the list of its videos and playlists, and aggregate performance metrics of its own videos from YouTube Analytics (views, watch time, average view percentage, subscribers gained, thumbnail impressions and click-through rate). It uploads videos, their metadata (title, description, tags, category, scheduled publish time), thumbnails and subtitle files provided by the owner, and adds the owner’s videos to the owner’s own playlist. It does not access any data about viewers or other channels.

Data stored

The OAuth token, the returned video IDs and the downloaded performance metrics of the owner’s own videos are stored only in local files on the operator’s own computer and are used only to improve the owner’s own titles and thumbnails. No data is sent to any third party, sold, or used for advertising or analytics. The tool does not use cookies, and this website does not collect personal data.

Revoking access and deletion

Access can be revoked at any time at Google Account permissions, which immediately invalidates the stored token. All locally stored data is deleted by deleting the tool’s folder. Downloaded metrics are refreshed or deleted at least every 30 days.
